"Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards opened its doors in February 1989 in Clermont, Florida. This area was once the center of the State's grape industry. After ten years of phenomenal growth, Lakeridge ranks as Florida's largest premium winery, and remains a pioneer in the development of table and sparkling wines from hybrid grapes. In 2005, more than 110,000 people are expected to visit the winery, its extensive tasting room, and gift shop. "Grapes are one of the oldest cultivated plants. They are classified as true berries because the fruit wall or pericarp is fleshy all the way through. The cultivation of grapes dates back more than 5,000 years in Egypt, and they were highly developed by the Greeks and Romans. Today there are nearly 200 cultivated varieties. Modern cultivars have all been derived from two main species, the European (Mediterranean) Vitis vinifera (a tight-skin grape with wine-like flavor) and the North American V. labrusca (a slip-skin grape with Concord-type flavor). In the European tight-skins, which are used for wines, the skin does not separate readily from the pulp. North American slip-skin grapes are generally more hardy than the European. The fruit is round with a more watery flesh and a thin skin that slips off very easily. The North American V. labrusca is also called the fox grape and is the source of the famous cultivar discovered in Concord, Massachusetts. Concord grapes are the most important American grape for juices, jellies and preserves. They are also used for certain wines. Some of the best wines and popular eating grapes, such as 'Thompson Seedless' and 'Red Seedless' are cultivars of V. vinifera. Sterile, triploid cultivars have been developed that do not produce seeds because of synaptic failure during Meiosis I resulting in non-viable gametes. Several varieties of grapes are dried and used for raisins. The best raisin grapes are selected for flavor, reduced stickiness and soft texture. Holly
An evergreen shrub that can grow to be a tree. The leaves are stiff with sharp points and may be edged with white. The berries are hard and bright red. Eating more than 3 holly berries can cause severe and prolonged nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, as well as drowsiness.

Yew
An evergreen shrub with soft bright green needles similar to the "Christmas tree." The berries are soft red capsules with a hard green stone in the center. Eating more than three yew berries can cause vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, difficulty in breathing, and changes in your child's heart rate.

Pokeweed
This weed can grow up to five feet tall and has thick green-purple stems similar to rhubarb. Pokeweed berries (also known as ink berries) grow in clusters, like grapes, and ripen from white to green to rose and finally purple. Ripe berries stain the hands purple when crushed. Eating over 10 berries may cause headache, abdominal pain, and severe diarrhea. The leaves and the roots have been used in herbal preparations to induce vomiting.

Mistletoe
An evergreen herb with white to pink berries used to decorate for the holidays. Mistletoe berries are considered relatively non-toxic in small quantities. Large amounts of the berries can cause stomach upset. Other parts of the plant can also cause visual disturbances and convulsions. Such complications have been associated with ingesting extracts of the plant (e.g., tea).

American Bittersweet
A woody vine often used in fall wreaths and dried flower arrangements. Its orange-yellow berries are three-part capsules with a seed in each part. They grow at the point where the leaves join the stems. Eating American Bittersweet berries can cause stomach upset and diarrhea.

Pyracantha
Also known as "Fire Thorn" because the thorns can cause an irritating rash. An evergreen shrub with orange-red and yellow berries which grow in clusters. The bright colored berries make it a popular landscaping choice. Pyracantha berries are not considered poisonous unless large amounts are eaten; some sources even report them to be edible.

Cotoneaster
An evergreen shrub that tends to grow upright with long branches rather than as a bush. Its bright orange berries grow in clusters so thick that the branches cannot be seen.

Wild strawberries
A wild version of the edible strawberry. It looks exactly like the strawberry you may find in a grocery store, but the taste is not as sweet. Wild strawberries are not poisonous. They grow in the spring, summer and fall.

Vitamin C skin care – The challenge

Vitamin C is often regarded as a wrinkle fighter or an anti-aging agent. The main objective of ‘Vitamin C skin care’, in scientific terms, is to increase the synthesis of collagen (a structural protein that is found in skin). The additional benefit of ‘Vitamin C skin care’ is related to its capability of countering free radicals which cause damage to the skin.

Vitamin C skin care, however, faces a major challenge today. This is related to the oxidation tendency of Vitamin C skin care products. On coming in contact with any oxidizing agent (e.g. air), the Vitamin C in the Vitamin C skin care products, gets oxidized; thus making the Vitamin C skin care product useless (in fact counter-effective). The oxidized Vitamin C imparts a yellowish-brown color to the Vitamin C skin care product. This is something that you need to check before buying a Vitamin C skin care product. Even after you buy a Vitamin C skin care product, you need to store it properly and keep checking that it’s still good to use (i.e. it hasn’t attained a yellowish-brown texture).

The manufacturers of Vitamin C skin care products have tried to deal with this (oxidation) problem in multiple ways (and research on Vitamin C skin care products is on the top of their list). One such method of retaining effectiveness of Vitamin C skin care products for a long term is to keep a high concentration (say 10%) of Vitamin C. However, this makes the Vitamin C skin care products even more expensive. The Vitamin C skin care products are already pretty inexpensive and making them even more expensive will throw the product manufacturers out of business. The other way is to use Vitamin C derivatives (like ascorbyl palmitate and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate). These are not only more stable but also inexpensive. Even though the derivatives based products are not as effective as the Vitamin C skin care products, their stability against oxidation is a very desirable feature that makes them very attractive. Moreover, these are known to be less irritating too.

Talking of effectiveness of Vitamin C skin care products, it’s important to mention that not everyone responds to Vitamin C treatments. So it’s not a magic potion in any way. If you don’t see a noticeable difference in your skin, it might be because of your skin not responding to Vitamin C treatment (and the Vitamin C skin care products might not be at fault, at all).

As more research goes on, one can only keep our fingers crossed and wait for a complete solution to the challenges faced by ‘Vitamin C skin care’ today.

This is such an interesting topic, and something I happened upon quite by accident. Have you ever received a full page solo ad e-mailer? And then did you read it? Or rather skim through it real fast, just to catch the gist of it? The majority of readers skim and don't ever hesitate until A) They don't understand a word B)The font on the page changes C) The size or color changes D) A Misspelled Word Atraks The Attention of the reader. What happens with a misspelling, is they stop and reread the line to make sure they read it correctly. Then they fault the ad writer for the lack of knowledge, THEN they read on to see if there are more! It actually slows the reader down by 50% or more and they actually pay attention. It rarely is effective until just before the middle or after in the ad. Remember that you gain their attention only briefly, so make the 1 or 2 words count.

Now, you will put the blinders on to all the other opportunities because you have chosen and now you will put this generic mlm how to, to work for you. Choose and put your focus into it, even if it is a free trial to decide. Set it in stone and Focus, Focus, Focus! The grass can and will be greener where you are, Not next door!

Step one is to obtain a personal web address. Type in a search engine and you will find many companies that will host a webpage or just redirect your domain name to you business site. You want to choose an easy to remember, catchy site name. How catchy is Ebay or Google? Brilliant, isn’t it.

Step two is after you find an awesome, easy to remember, catchy website URL. You then need to successfully market this site and bring viewers and traffic to this site.

Step three is to find ways that work for you to market your site. My way may not be as effective for you. Fred, down the street may be using one thing and it does not work for me. Harriet has this awesome thing that is creating mass numbers to her site and you try it and you only get two people a week come and see your site. Find your ways by trying mine, Fred’s, and Harriet’s ways.

I have been collecting some of Fred and Harriet’s and my ways. One is with e-zine advertising. Finding e-zines is as easy as a web search. Type in ezines. Then look for the ones that offer inexpensive advertising in their newsletters. They all work for somebody or the ads would not be there. Choose the ezines that you are interested in. You are in this business and are interested in health, dogs, plants, homes, tools, woodworking, etc. The people that read these ezines might also be interested in your business opportunity.

Reply to all of your personal bulk mail or spam with a short “I am currently busy with this awesome opportunity right now.” Then add your link to your e-mail signature file.

Post a blog. Again use your search engine to look for places to post a blog. You can learn all about these on the actual blog sites. All the information is there and it is free knowledge and a free advertising tool.

Step four is really the step before number one. Pray for knowledge and strength to get you through it all.

Step five is the awareness that you are creating a business that directly involves other people and their businesses. You teach them what you know and if you don’t know you commit to finding out. Reach out and help those that found you. This is the key to great success. If you want to build a house, you have to be aware that it starts with a foundation and THEN move to step two. If you want to build an online empire you must know the steps to get to the top. You must help others and teach them how to get to the top.

Step six, be sure to set your goals and figure out “WHY” you want to get to your success driven goals. Do you want more time with your family? How about financial freedom? Is it that you need the means to help others? Would you like a house, car, or boat? Will extra income help you with a college degree? Do you want to see the world? Start a charity or be able to effect another one because now you have the means to effect it positively? How about helping your parents live more comfortably?

Step seven is knowing what steps are necessary to get there. If you want anything, you have to know what steps it takes to get there. Even if you want to eat, you have to know that you need to get into the car, drive to the store, and trade money for groceries. See it as already being done. Write it as if you already achieved your goals. Speak it as if it already IS. Don’t ever let the speed bumps of life stop you from reaching your goals.

Here is another short story:A man was stranded on a desert island. He spent three days building a shelter out of palm trees and whatever else he could find. The day after his shelter was complete, he took a walk to the far side of the island to get more food and water. It started to storm. He began to run to get back to his hut quickly. He started dropping his food and spilling his water as he hurried faster. As he approached the clearing where his hut was located, a powerful lightning bolt ripped out of the sky and struck his make-shift home. He froze staring at the flames roaring up and engulfing his safety. He had dropped most of his food and spilled all of the water. Falling to his knees on the sand, he sobbed and cried out to GOD saying “Why?” So devastated and in such despair, he lay on the beach sobbing and fell asleep hungry, with no safety shelter. The sun and cool island breeze woke him from his terrible night. Looking out past his burned home, he saw a ship moored off the bay. Within an hour a small boat with a captain and crew slid onto shore. As they disembarked, the captain said “Ho there! We saw your smoke signal and came to help.”Everything works for a reason to get you to your goals.

You already have the struggles in your life to reach the goals that you set for yourself. Life happens. Leave the negative luggage behind as you walk forward. Fear is just False Evidence Appearing Real. Belief is you tool against adversity and challenge. See the good in everything.When you look at a coin, is it heads side up or tails? Stress comes from resisting things that are, that you cannot change for today. Accept the things that you cannot immediatey change, work towards changing them. Life will respond to your thoughts and actions. Don’t resist. What you resist, persists.
